When reserving a rent a car service, it is essential to have the required paperwork in order to guarantee that you will have the chance to see the stunning towns of the United Arab Emirates. We provide a simple and easy booking process that you may start simply completing the necessary paperwork. When on a visit visa, visitors from European and GCC countries are permitted to drive using their national driver's license.
Dubai's driving regulations are designed to ensure safety and order on the roads. To legally drive, individuals must be at least 18 years old to obtain a driving license. However, the minimum age to rent a car is typically 21, with many rental agencies requiring drivers to be 25 years old for certain vehicle categories. International drivers are welcomed in Dubai; however, they must possess a valid international driving permit along with their national driving license if their license is not in English or Arabic.
1. The tenant is forbidden to transfer and carry any items that are not allowed in the law of the U.A.E such as: alcohol drink and other forbidden items, and the tenant will be the only one who is responsible in front of the law.
2. The hirer will be responsible for the excess charges of Small Car 2000/-, Medium Car 3000/-, and Large Car 5000/- Dhs if the accident is caused and he is bound to procure the necessary papers from the authority of concerned police or courts as the case may be and the hirer is also liable to pay the hirer charges for the period taken for repairing of the damage of vehicles.
3. If the hirer under the age of 20-year then should pay 20% of the damages charge with the liability which is mentioned above.
4. In case of any accident, the hirer should not move the vehicle from its place, before the police inspection is completed. He has to deliver all the required documents immediately to our office, otherwise, he will be fully responsible for further legal procedures.
5. Hirer is responsible to pay the rental amount for the days of car's......, due to accident or technical problem occurred because of his/her carelessness and negligence.
6. The hirer agrees to pay for all traffic fines and parking tickets within the period of the rental agreement and the rental office reserves the right to claim any unpaid fine for a year after the agreement's period.
7. It is hereby agreed between the hirer and the rental office that in case of "TOTAL LOSS" (vehicle beyond economical repairs), the hirer should pay 30% of the vehicle's insured value to the rental office if the vehicle is less than 12 months from the date of purchase. 20% if the day of purchase, and 20% of the vehicle's insured value, if the vehicle is between 12 to 24 months from the day of purchase. Either his fault or not.
8. Hirer is not allowed to use the vehicle to draw another vehicle or use it in races. The hirer is not allowed to repair without informing the rent office..
9. In case of an accident or technical trouble, the hirer has to inform the rent office. The hirer is not allowed to repair without informing the rent office.
10. Hirer is not allowed to hand over the vehicle to an unlicensed driver, he will be responsible about all the caused damages.
11. No permission to use the vehicle outside the U.A.E. Insurance policy is only valid inside U.A.E. only.
12. A rental office agreement is required to extend the rent period.
13. The company absolves itself or any responsibility for any cash or valuables belonging to the hirer that may be lost whilst the vehicle is in his/her possession or after the entire period of the hire.
14. The hirer must ensure that the vehicle is parked in a safe and secure place when it is not in use. Any damage caused to the vehicle will be the sole responsibility and liability of the hirer as the same cannot be claimed from the insurance.
15. Maximum running kilometers for limited RA is 200 km per day, 1400 km per week, and 5000 km per month Extra kilometers will be chargeable @ 0.50 Dhs per km.
16. Interest @ 9% per month will be payable by you on the amount under any bill remaining unpaid after 30 days.
17. Vehicle will be received in working hours only.
18. On of days and non-working hours, the Vehicle will be received with a one-day rental charge in an Emergency.
19. The tenant pays the rent in advance unless there is a prior agreement.
20. Salik tariff is 5 AED per Crossing.

22. Smoking is prohibited in all our cars. Cigarettes our in the car or burns/holes in the seats will ensure AED 350/- re-upholstery charges and keeping the interior/exterior clean is the responsibility of the customer.
